Digital service work involves planning, design, development, communication, and time investment. Refunds are reviewed based on the stage of work and the agreed project terms.

Before Work Starts

If no project work has started, refund requests may be reviewed after deducting any administrative or planning cost already incurred.

After Work Starts

Payments for completed planning, design, development, content, or marketing work are generally non-refundable.

Resolution

We aim to resolve concerns through revision, clarification, or adjusted delivery where reasonable.
